Returns

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging.
  • Include all tags, accessories, and manuals.

Return Period

You have 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Proof of Purchase

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please retain your confirmation email as proof of purchase.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return
  2. Return Authorization
    • Our team will review your request and, if eligible, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Shipping Your Return
    • Pack your item securely, including all original packaging and documentation.
    • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
    • Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect upon receipt. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt and status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at marciaandtom73.63@gmail.com. For exchanges due to size or color, standard shipping fees will apply.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
